TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Age Limit and Account Security

• Age Limit: The Perabook platform is open only to individuals aged 13 and over. You are personally responsible for the accuracy of the date of birth (BirthDate) you provide during registration. If it is detected that persons under the age of 13 are using the platform, the relevant accounts will be immediately and permanently deleted.
• Account Information: You are responsible for the accuracy of the email, username, password, and full name you provide when registering, and for keeping your password secure. All actions taken through your account are your responsibility.

2. Role of the Platform and Limitation of Liability (Hosting Provider Statement)

• Perabook is a hosting platform / intermediary service provider that enables users to create, publish, and read their own literary content, books, and writings in digital form.
• The legal, criminal, and financial responsibility for books, comments, and content published on the Platform rests entirely with the User/Author who publishes the content. Niafix Ltd. is not obliged to pre-screen, edit, or verify the accuracy of content published on the platform.

3. Intellectual Property and Licence Granted to Niafix Ltd.

• You Retain Copyright: You retain copyright (intellectual property rights) in all original books and content you write and publish on Perabook.
• Licence Granted to the Platform: By publishing your content on Perabook, you are deemed to have granted Niafix Ltd. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, and transferable licence to operate the Platform, enable users to read your content, store it on servers, format it, and distribute it on the Platform. This licence ends when you delete your book from the platform (except for technical backups).
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) Content: Users may publish content created with the help of artificial intelligence tools on the platform. However, the User is solely responsible for ensuring that such content does not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibitions

When creating content or interacting on the Platform, you must comply with the following rules. In the event of a breach, Niafix Ltd. reserves the right to remove content and suspend or close accounts. Content reported under the following categories is immediately reviewed:

• Copyright & Trademark Violation: You may not publish any work, trademark, or intellectual property that you do not own or for which you do not have permission.
• Harassment: You may not produce content that targets, intimidates, harasses, or threatens other users.
• Hate Speech: Content that incites hatred or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or ethnic origin is prohibited.
• Spam: You may not fill the Platform with advertising, misleading redirects, or repetitive spam content.
• Privacy Violation: You may not share third parties' personal data without their consent (address, phone, elements violating privacy of private life, etc.).

5. Content Complaint and Reporting Procedure (Notice and Takedown)

Niafix Ltd. takes reports submitted through complaint buttons on the platform seriously.

• Copyright/Trademark Infringements: Upon substantiated reports from rights holders, the relevant content is promptly taken down in accordance with applicable law (Take-down).
• Community Rule Violations: If the reported book or user is found to have violated the above rules, Niafix Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, remove the content and temporarily or permanently block the account.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Because the Company's registered office is in the United Kingdom (England), this agreement is governed by the Laws of England and Wales. However, where the Platform targets users in Turkey, the mandatory consumer protection rights of consumers under the laws of the Republic of Turkey are reserved. The courts of London shall have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

8. Changes to the Agreement

Niafix Ltd. may update or amend these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes may be made due to legal requirements, operational needs, addition of new features (such as subscription systems in the v1 phase), or expansion of the scope of our services.

• Notification: We will inform you of significant changes to the terms through announcements on the Platform or via your registered email address.
• Acceptance: Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
• Right to Object: If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to stop using the Platform and close your account. Your failure to terminate access to the Platform from the effective date of the changes provides us with a legal basis to assume you have approved the change.
